Parking Lot Mill and Overlay
I mentioned in last month's newsletter that our parking lot would have some work done this month. September is usually our slowest month, so it makes sense to complete this project at this time. The parking lot will be done in phases and is scheduled to start on Monday, September 12th. We will do another reminder on the RAC app as it gets closer.
We just launched an EGYM webpage. If you have not experienced EGYM, I encourage you to watch a couple of videos on that webpage. The longer video gives a good picture of what this equipment can do. If you have not been onboarded, you can do so through the RAC App in the reservations tab or by calling the RAC Activities Desk (507) 287-9300.
Lastly, I want to thank the staff at the Rochester Athletic Club. It takes about 400 dedicated employees to operate the club in the summer. I watch with pride how much our team cares about the members and the pride they show in the club. I hope one or more RAC team members positively impacted you. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask any team member. We are all here to serve you.

Member Pet Peeves
Not wiping down equipment after use
There is not a day that goes by that gym members everywhere get frustrated because someone fails to wipe down their piece of equipment. It can be downright disgusting when a member fails to wipe down a cardio machine that they have been sweating profusely on over the last 30-45 minutes. It is also frustrating when members do not wipe down other equipment they use, even for a few minutes. Please get in the habit of grabbing a cleaning towel and soaking it with our odorless cleaning solution. These cleaning stations are located all over the club. Your fellow members will appreciate it.
