CryoLounge
Late February you will notice the installation of two CryoLounge chairs. They will be located on the opposite side of the main staircase as the HydroMassage lounge chairs. CryoLounge chairs allow you to target cold or heat to specific zones of your body to aid in recovery. The information below is from their website:
|
Cold and heat therapy have been staples in the training rooms of athletes around the world in the form of ice baths, hot tubs, cryotherapy chambers, heating pads and more. But when it comes to bringing the benefits of this highly-effective therapy to their facilities, many fitness clubs struggle with finding a way to make these treatments practical for their operations and accessible for their members.
CryoLounge+ chairs are a convenient alternative to cold baths and gas cryotherapy, offering targeted cold and heat therapy with none of the hassles.
|
As you can see, each zone can be programmed for heat or cold, giving you options for different parts of your body. Watch for opportunities to try the CryoLounge chairs after they are installed. More information, including pricing, will be available once installation is complete.

Silent Auction Charity Wall
You may have noticed some cabinets and a glass enclosure that has been built on the back of our Front Desk. One of the RAC values is: give back to the community. We are going to showcase a charity and offer silent auction merchandise (sports jerseys, memorabilia, cinema, etc.). All proceeds generated from the silent auction items will go to the charity that is showcased quarterly. The plan is to highlight four charities throughout the year. Once the wall is functioning, there will be information on how you can nominate a charity.
